It's been about 8 months since I handed over $32,400.00 to the Used Car Factory for a 2018 Challenger and have yet to receive the title to the car. I have called them, texted them, emailed them, many, many times and have not received any type of communication or action from them. I have read some their reviews and noticed some other folks have had this same issue. You will never see the title if you buy a car lol the ghost you
The worst company I have dealt with ever. They have yet to given me the title to the car after 2 months. And have refused to answer my calls and emails. Please do not spend your money here.
