Purchased a car from here one year ago. The manager was arrogant and rude. They hid defects on the vehicle's wheels with plastidip and did not disclose these defects. The plastidip started to peel after a few months of driving, now the wheels need to be touched up or repainted.
Went in on Saturday Erin told me one price , went back on Monday and he changed all the numbers. They lie. Don’t buy and will not deal with people that lie to your face !!!! I want a reputable dealer not this one
BUYER BEWARE - Before buying a truck I took it to a trusted mechanic and they found extensive frame damage. Went back to tell the dealership and they didn't seem to care, just brushed it off and wouldn't budge on price at all even with known damage. Carfax only said "very minor rear damage" Unprofessional. Will never go back. Edit after response from owner - I was there with someone else, I was not buying the car, that's why you have no record of me. Yes I have the correct location on hwy16 next to Speedway
First time buyer and it was the easiest thing i have ever bought! Super friendly professional staff with a family style feel. The whole crew took great care of me super helpful and knowledgeable staff, willing to do whatever to help you drive home in a new car within a couple hours.Their vehicle selection is great and treated properly! Great place to get your car from. Staff excellent to work with easy going and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process and gave me the best options for my situation even though it was well past closing time. Awesome selection of vehicles on the lot, high quality and great prices. You can’t go wrong with these guys.
