I bought a trailer from them at the beginning of the year unfortunately I had an accident and I need a few parts to fix my trailer that are not on the website so I called and emailed them to get prices for over a month now I haven't heard a email back or a phone call so if I was you I'd look for different company cuz once you buy it they don't give a damn
Horrible customer service. Received trailer from delivery truck. Had to help the driver as he could not properly unload it by himself. Went to use trailer for the first time and rear frame rail was bent enough to make it very difficult to place the drive up ramp where it needed to go. Also missing some parts to secure side extender to trailer. Not once did customer support express any concern for the situation. Sent photos and they would only say they can’t see the bend. Do NOT purchase from this company. They are scammers. They sent me a completely banged up “new” trailer that was missing parts, scratched on nearly every surface, and damaged rims. They refused to swap the trailer or make it right. After threatening to sue them, they sent me a few (but not all) replacement parts that required me to completely disassemble and replace many components. We brought our trailer between February and March 2020 when covid begin we didn't put our trailer out until 2 days ago may 10 2021 the trailer came with absolutely no manual or directions how to fill the water tanks how to turn on the pump which was leaking when we turn it on and the water never came out the faucet steadily the pipe leading into the tank is made out of some cheap clear urethane and it collapse when water its going into the tank filling the tank is an all day job. 33773 I received a call back from trailer sales, and he immediately acted like he did not have time for my call. He sarcastically answered a few of my questions, but I had others in regards to other products. He hung up on me. You just missed a multi-product sale. I will also be looking for ways to leave a less than flattering review, as well as sharing this experience with my brothers who ride. Unacceptable business...
