I did not want to use telemedicine with a non HIPAA compliant software. Which is everyone's right. Harris berated me for not wanting to use a non HIPAA compliant software to be seen via video conference. I already had an apointment to go in person but Harris only wanted to see me teleconference. But I wasn't told this until 50 minutes before my apointment. Harris told me I should see a different doctor when i refused to use teleconference and hung up the phone phone on me.
