I have had DR David Gubin as my Urologist for over 12 years. Dr.Gubin has in my opinion extended my life during the past several years with his vast knowledge of medications, the prostrate, urology and in how they work together.Dr Gubin is very knowledgeable and gives me his undivided attention. very awesome care over many years.Dr David was there through prostate cancerand bladder slange and several operations for kidney Staghorn growth. Was very septic and did not knowif i wpuld survive but Dr David assuredme that we had this. Always made me feel we were in control and not the problem. Dr Davids group is and will be family to me in their great care and low pain level treatment of the problem. Would not think of going elsewhere. Love my Doctor u are tops

My husband went to Dr. Gubin for a vasectomy, and it was an awful experience. First off he was rude and condescending to me and my husband. We were told it would cost us $45 and they could bill us for any extra before the appointment only to get there and be told we had to pay $179 up front or cancel the appointment. It has been 3 months since the procedure, my husband has a horrible scar, and is still having pain and problems from his vas. We will never go back to him. We are hoping he didn't cause long term damage.

First, the office is overcrowded. Always double booked appointments. Over an hour wait every time I visit the office with an appointment. Had three procedures with Greenberger. Each time I was told “this,” and “that” happened instead. I was patient and kind. I advocated for myself. Calling the office to ask questions, to not allow myself to fall through the cracks. 17 weeks later, I am recovering from my third procedure. I’m a new patient, referred to this practice by my primary care physician. In nearly 70 years of being seen by medical professionals, I have never experienced such neglectful customer service. I’ve now been sitting in an overcrowded office for 90 minutes without a single, solitary effort by staff to provide updates, or even an apology for this terrible service. Employee scoulded me in front of the Dr. about my comments about the long wait. She said other people were leaving because of my comment. She was unprofessional in her approach for embarrassing me like a baby, the employee is lucky to have a job, without customers like me , she would not have a job

Entire experience with Dr. Gubin was horrid to say the least… His demeanor, lack of patience & interest in his patients’ concerns is non-existent. If there is one thing he is interested in that’d be your wallet. Where he lacks consistency in patient care ..he sure makes up for it in running unnecessary tests just to run you/your insurance's pockets. Dr Gubin is the best urologist I've seen in Memphis. He is knowledgeable, informative, understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes his time to ensure your understand any health issues / concerns! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a urologist. His staff is wonderful! I walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been a patient for 8 years and this is my first review. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Gubin. He is no nonsense yet very compassionate. He has always spent extra time answering my questions. I can’t recommend him enough.
