UPDATE: After waiting for a month, finally got an appointment. What a mistake. Heaven forbid if you have questions and spend more than your 5 minutes of your allocated appointment time. If your health insurance is decent, just go to the ER for a kidney stone. For me a couple of weeks later, it was $115 more, I didn't have to wait for a month and the ER staff actually cared about my condition and prescribed me something that would help. Money well spent. Absolutely TERRIFYING experience with Dr. Robert’s. He was frustrated I am back after a surgery from a few weeks ago. He aggressively yanked, tugged, and squeezed on my genitalia, I understand explorative touching to inspect, but I was manhandled aggressively and spitefully to induce discomfort and pain. My appointment was 3:30, I was on time, and I was seen 10 min before closing at 4:30. Terrible service. Telephone operator is rude. Don't pass on message to nurses or doctor. Doctor doesn't care to call back for days. They take 1 hour 30 minutes lunch everyday and then say we are understaffed.
Is this a bank? Just wondering since they keep banker's hours of 8:30 to 4:30 with a 1 1/2 hours for lunch. It must be nice to only work 6 1/2 hours a day, which also explains why appointments are backed up for months. Complete and utter slackers.
