This place is completely mess! Doctors are overbooked resulting in total 8 patients showed up at the same time for the same doctor! And the front desk didn't record the appointment type correctly- supposed to be an insertion, instead they booked it as a consultation so the doctor was not prepared at all.
The appointment was schedule with a Nurse when it was to be with a doctor. Called to correct and 20 minutes on phone tree with no connection. Clearly, the practice operation is foreshadowing of the quality of care. I will be looking for another practice.
This is the worst office I ever had to deal with. I have been trying to contact them for 4 days and nothing. All I want to do is cancel an appointment. Reason for cancelling is because this office is horrible. If you need a Urologist go to MedStar Health. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!
I was considering making an appointment at this urology group, but after reading the scary reviews, no way!
