UPDATE 07/26/26 : I was diagnosed with testicular cancer, required removal of testical alongside an Open RPLND. Nathan Robert’s failed to biopsy the mass drained during the first explorative surgery. He’s moved practices heads up. He drained a “complex cystic structure” with no biopsy and those “cysts” were mixed germ cell tumors comprised of several aggressive cancers. He also performed a scrotal violation to do the surgery which can cause cancer on its own. Do not go here for unusual lumps or testicular troubles. Nathan Ro... read more

Worst front desk experience ever. All your calls get sent to some oversea desk and they have no idea how to do anything. They tell you to use the their patient portal which doesn't work. The office can't seem to provide any help. Just had MRI done and got a message to schedule a tele-visit with Dr. Lester. Called the numbrer provided and they wanted me to come in 3 months later but they would ask the office to call me for an earlier appointment. After not getting a call back, I went in to get an appointment. There was nobody... read more

Loved this practice years ago when I had several issues and saw Julie Spencer. This past year this practice has gone massively down hill. You can never reach anyone on the phone line and those that answer the phone don't actually appear to be in the office...seems to be a call center. You will sit on hold FOREVER. My mom wanted my dad seen here since I had such good things to say about them in the past. She literally had to go to the office to make the appt because no one answers the phone. At that point I told her don't bot... read more

Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Spend hours on the nurse line to no avail. And leaving a callback number is useless. Dr. Lester was great during surgery on my husband, but now it's impossible to reach him. Or anyone.

I appreciate Dr. Amanda Smart - her professionalism and quality of care, when you finally have the chance to see and speak with her because getting to that point is a daunting task. The website is horrible. The 'Request an Appointment' icon takes you to the provider bio, but you can't schedule an appointment. The phone system always has connection issues and the staff seems clueless. I don't like to say this but it's what I have experienced.
