The Urology Center of Colorado is impossible to communicate with!
I have been receiving hormone treatment here for 2 years, but the service has been lack luster at best. Despite my best efforts they have a difficult time refilling prescriptions on time and treat it like its your fault. Unfortunately I have to get this treatment, but I will be finding a new facility. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
The physicians and staff at TUCC are absolutely the best. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of professionalism, patience, and empathy that doctors, Sorenson, Abernathy, and Jones showed in the diagnoses and treatment of my prostate cancer. We are truly thankful for the whole team at TUCC. I would also like to thank Steve Bales who assisted Dr. Mark Jones on my surgery. It was very kind of him to check on me post operatively.
I was experiencing my first kidney stone and was seen by Richard Keith Heppe, I have never been so disappointed in someone who is supposed to be competent in their profession. Not only was he incredibly rude to me but following MY explanation of symptoms with no probing questions, I was then told that he didn't know what it could be. Thankfully that night I passed the stone but super pleased to be paying a bill that google answered better. Nice work man.
