This office is the most incompetent place I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with.... and that says a lot with the current state of the medical field. From them not knowing I was there for a procedure, acting like I was late when I had been an hour early but they kept me waiting, not being cleaned up at all after my surgery, not being given necessary instructions for post procedure follow up. The doctors here are great but the support staff are absolutely horrible. I had surgery here but they wouldn't schedule a post operation visit for months after I was under the knife. Now my newborn is going to this practice , the doctor said he needs an important test done and it has taken weeks for the support staff to get it scheduled. They kept saying they needed pre auth from insurance, but after talking to our insurance company they made it clear the office never called and the test doesn't require pre auth. I got a procedure done here. And everyone took a good care of me. Any time when I had a concern they listened.
I was seen on a timely manner. Everyone was so nice.
