I got a procedure done here. And everyone took a good care of me. Any time when I had a concern they listened.
I was seen on a timely manner. Everyone was so nice.
Going on the second week of waiting for a call to schedule imaging. After finally getting ahold of someone they only see half of the images i was ordered to get. Over all its going to take over 2 weeks just to schedule something.

My mom was referred to this clinic. They gave us appointment at 8:30am and gave the address. My mom arrived at 8am, she was told the doctor is not there! She was told that the doctor is at Clifton Park and that she can go there! No one even bothers to give us a call ahead of time and tell that! We're in Schdy. Albany and Clifton Park are in two different ways! No wonders why this clinic has mostly 1 star reviews!
