I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. The staff is very friendly, but I did feel rushed out of the office each and every visit. I had some concerns about a very painful condition regarding some urgent urology symptoms and was hurried out the door with a referral for a CT scan. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are so kind and caring, and they always take the time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and three months.
