In 2020 I went to the ER out of sheer desperation during a horrific experience with domestic violence, and ultimately was brought to this place. I had repeatedly asked where I was being brought, but was not given any information. They deemed me suicidal, I was not. Despite knowing I was the victim of sexual violence I was forced to strip in front of staff and humiliated for my chest binding. I was petitioned and they treat you like criminals. The staff was mean. The doctor was very sweet but the staff could be better. My case manager was amazing but overall a traumatizing experience.
Amanda is the best! She makes dropping off petitions a smooth and easy process. I appreciate all her help
Ok they're open 24/7 they give 100% to make sure you are " process of getting into the mental health program "is done with care and max respect. The staffing are simply amazing.
This place absolutely horrid. They do not feed the patients, speak and talk down to them, and treat them like animals. They either pump you full of medication, or nothing at all. Never have witnessed such unprofessionalism and cruelty towards humans who are seeking mental health servicces in a time of crisis. The nurses think they run the facility and think they should be obeyed. They curse out patients, yell at them, and even make them cry.
