Allan and his team installed a sump pump for us in our basement. After a miscommunication about where the pipes would be in the room it was installed in, Allan very promptly had the issue rectified within days at no charge. I was really impressed with how attentive and understanding they were. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks!

My wife and I are very pleased. We had a plumbing issue (installation of a countertop dishwasher so that we didnt need to attach to my faucet) that other plumbers could not solve. Allan and David at the Urban Plumber took the time to think of a solution and, once they were able to come, solved the issue (and multiple other small plumbing tasks) quickly (1day) and at an effective cost!!
