I have had Allan and his team complete a couple of projects for me over the last 6 months. Very professional, courteous and efficient. I can't say enough about them. Old school service and very fair pricing.

Can't speak highly enough of them. Very communicative before, during and after our visit. Michael was friendly and quick to sort out the issue. Allan followed up with a phone call after and even recommended (and contacted on our behalf!) an electrician we needed. We'll absolutely be going back to them for any future issues.

I am posting this review before I call the urban plumber yet again. I’ve had them into my home several times for a variety of jobs, some tiny, and some bigger. Every single time they have been friendly, polite, professional, and incredibly fair. The last time I had them in, it turned out to be a much smaller job than I had anticipated – it was fixed in about five minutes – and they didn’t even bother to charge me for it. Pretty amazing.
