2026: Allan and his team (David) helped us secure an old leaky pipe. We thought we needed to cut open our floor or a ceiling to fix the problem and he suggested a less messy and non invasive way. I got stuck replacing a bathroom faucet and called Allan. He quickly assessed the job via text from pictures I provided. A plumber came a few days later (not an urgent task) and had everything up and working within an hour. Service was very friendly and effective. I would call the Urban Plumber for any future plumbing concerns.

Can’t speak highly enough of them. They were very communicative before, during, and after our visit—especially considering the weather. Michael was friendly and quick to sort out the issue. Allan followed up with a phone call afterward and went above and beyond to help. We’ll absolutely be going back to them for any future issues.
