I called Allan to install a few thermostatic radiator valves on existing radiators in our East York home. He was incredibly genuine and talked through his thought process, which was very refreshing. No upsell (which seems to be so common with HVAC and plumbing contractors lately...). His crew arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and completed the work quickly. Great work and great customer service. We had an outdoor pipe burst. Gave them a call, and we had an appointment for the next day set up in minutes. Team was friendly and knowledgable. They worked quickly and did a high quality job. Price was fair. Will definitely go with them again next time I need a plumber.

Called Allan about a leaking pipe in the basement. He was over first thing the next morning, did a great job fixing it pretty quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Would recommend and will definitely reach out to him again myself
