Communication was not the best. We were unhappy with some paint that was removed when we decided to replace the cabinet handles. It could have only resulted from them installing the handles before the paint was fully cured, yet they refuse to conver it under warranty and will make any excuse not to convert it.
The team at Urban painter has been great - professional and courteous. Hired 'a painter for a day' to complete window/door casings. Super pleased with the outcome. I look forward to having them back again to complete other painting projects in my home!
Had a great experience with with Dave from Urban Painters! We needed some painting done for a rental unit. From initial phone call to completion was 3 days! We were extremely happy with the results! Would highly recommend!
