Probably the worst hotel service i’ve ever had the chance of encountering. I asked the lady at the front desk a question about a price discrepancy and she proceeds to tell me that it is not her job to answer customer’s questions so i ask her to call someone who can. Then she yells at me to stop harassing her and threatens to sue me and to call the police. At the end i wasn’t able to speak to anyone who could answer my questions and i was threatened instead. Please choose the hotel across the street!
