Had a very good experience buying my Ford B class. The salesman was very helpful showed us all around talk to us through it did our MOT and the service on it for us. I’m very happy with my new car. Thank you very much for all your help.
Very polite and professional car dealership, good quality, good condition cars and very friendly service and sales mannerisms. Bought a lovely VW Golf from them and enjoying it everyday! Would strongly recommend if you're looking for a new motor!
Avoid at all costs. Sold me a dodgy car, car looks like its never been serviced before, promised me 6 months warranty when i bought the car but as soon as something went wrong they said its 3 months. Wouldn't trust them one bit. They were based in high road ilford before. Literally at a full loss as the car dont even drive anymore its just problem after problem.

Time wasters - Car not ready or prepared for a booked appointment and wasn't as advertised. Didn't even have the keys! Avoid. Edit: In response to your reply, seeing as I cannot leave a further response, no, we visited yourselves, The Urban Dealership and I did not purchase a car that day at all, from anyone; I'm not sure where you got the idea I spoke with another company. No misunderstanding here I can assure you.
