The staff at the urban chicken are super friendly and knowledgeable in everything chicken. We got 4 baby chickens and being newcomers to this they politely answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Will definitely be getting more chickens and other supplies from the urban chicken. We are so happy.
The people are so knowledgable and friendly!!! They even listened to my 8yr old's flock stories and provided wonderful advice and encouragement. Every chick I've purchased from Urban Chicken has been healthy, happy and friendly....very unlike the poor things I got from a chain store (I spent tedious hours trying to fix splay legs and still ended up losing 3 out of 7 :(, never again).

Looking for a sweet companion for our lonely 3 yr old red star, Lucy. Her buddy Winnie, our white leghorn rescue hen, died Easter Sun of ovarian cancer. We got her almost 2 yrs ago to replace another hen that had died. We've had Lucy since she was 3 days old. She was one of the original 3 that we started out with in 2013. Hoping to find her a new friend soon because she's quite lonely.
We didn't buy anything today but we know we will travel the 90 minutes in a few weeks to buy not only our chickens but anything and everything else we may need! Thank you David for answering all of our questions no matter how dumb we may have looked! Thank you again!!!!!
