I called the store on 4/7/20 inquiring about a shipment of white leghorn baby chicks that they were set to receive on 4/15/20. I was told that none of them had been sold already so I was good for the 5 I wanted. My order was processed over the phone and payment was made. I received a call today (4/8/20) saying that the chicks had arrived early and that I could pick them up. This was unexpected great news. I apologize for the confusion April. This was an assorted batch of leghorns and we did not know which colors we would receive and in what quantities. There were several orders on the list before yours for this sold out batch, and while we hope we have enough to fill everyone's color wishes, we have to fulfill in the order in which the purchases were made and unfortunately did not receive enough whites this time around to do so. They have been so supportive, informative and caring to us through the years. The chick's we have gotten through them were always healthy and good quality. They are always there to answer our million questions. We recommend them to everyone looking for chickens.

Great affordable Chickens! I have 4 of my babies that I purchased from here! They are vaccinated and well kept until sold. The workers are always so friendly and willing to answer all my questions! I drove 1hr 40 minutes in the rain today to buy chicks at the Urban Chicken. They have so many of the unusual breeds, much, much better than Tractor Supply. Thomas was very friendly, very helpful & extremely knowledgeable. He went through all the breeds, and there were a lot. He let me take my time in choosing. They also have lots of chicken stuff. Like a big pet shop just for chickens. I will definitely recommend them.
