My girlfriend and I recently applied at The Urban Apartments and paid our application fee to Christopher, the property manager. After taking our payment, he later claimed he didn’t know where he placed it—which was already concerning. From a resident who has lived here for a year & 6 months: for most of the summer time, the pools were closed, and the AC in the fitness center didn’t work for 2 months. I had a really bad roach problem for months right after moving in, pest control wouldn’t do anything and I think it started because of my neighbors and the overall uncleanliness of the complex. am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction, frustration, and distress regarding the conditions my family and I have endured for nearly three months, caused by the lack of attention, coordination, and leadership from Greystar’s management at The Urban Apartments. Héctor de graystar se lleva un 5/5 por siempre estar al tanto y cumplir en tiempo y forma con las cosas del depa y su mantenimiento.
Shout out to Kevin with the maintenance team! I thought I had some sort of leak and had to call the emergency line, Kevin came over after hours and was able to fix the issue and also shared some great tips for the future. He's an awesome guy and glad to know he is on this staff and I hope he gets recognized for his hard work, professionalism, and knowledge. Thanks again, Kevin.
