Update: July 2025- The pools were closed for over a month, and the AC in the fitness center hasn’t worked in almost 2 months- the only recent update was that ‘they’re seeking bids for a vendor’, taking 2 months to fix the AC and not being able to use the amenities for this long is ridiculous. I had a really bad roach problem for months because they’d only spray every couple weeks despite how bad it was getting, now it’s just a couple every week or two because I had to push that I needed weekly sprays and they finally did it,... read more
Absolutely Disgusting and Poorly Managed The property is always filthy. Trash everywhere, stairwells that smell like urine, and overflowing dumpsters that nobody bothers to clean up. Common areas are neglected and dirty, and infested with roaches.
