Great experience so far. Jazzmyn has been amazing and always extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone from maintenance does a great job as well. Apartments conveniently located between I-35 and Wurzbach Pkwy. Also appreciate the manager, Jana for helping us move within the same complex.
Horrible management. No one at the office cares about anything whether it’s black mold, or something that happens on their property.
I lived at The Upton at Longhorn Quarry for almost four years. The on-site staff was friendly, and the gym and pool were great when open, but too many issues overshadowed the positives. We dealt with repeated flooding, leaks from the upstairs unit, a flooded garage, and finally a burst water heater that ruined our master bedroom carpet. Even though that flooding wasn’t in our control, we were charged over $300 for carpet replacement.
