We lived on the 4th floor, our apartment had a nice big balcony facing the swimming pool, that we could never enjoy because of the strong smell of marijuana every night. We had a bad roach infestation the whole time (14 months) . Pest control did deep treatment 3 times and nothing worked out. roaches were out 24hours. No fear! They damaged kitchen appliances (ice maker, coffee maker, blender, etc) close to $2000 of loss that nobody was responsible for. Jaz is awesome! Oreo already came for a visit and she loved Jaz. Everyone is welcoming and great. Really excited to spend time here. Everything was clean and organized. I even had some concerns regarding small items and Jaz and office personnel where quick to get it taken care of. Super happy
I am very frustrated about the parking situation at the Upton. I am a registered resident and received a new license plate. My car was towed overnight since I didn’t not register the new plate. I accepted responsibility for this but it is the same car registered with a different plate and I find towing paid residents personal property to be unacceptable. Management has nothing to do with the tow so when a mistake like this happens, the resident is left holding the bag. Horrible way to do business Upton.
Si buscas departamento aquí no es , tengo tiempo batallando con la lavadora y es hora que aún no se arregla y ahora resulta que aún hay que esperar más tiempo porque no hay para cuando se vaya a solucionar y eso si en realidad la arreglan, a seguir pagando lavandería porque el departamento que estoy pagando no pueden arreglar el problema. -
