Leticia and Erga at the Upton create an environment that has always been very warm and welcoming. They both eagerly and most efficiently assist in solving whatever concerns I have with enthusiastic attitudes and exemplary problem solving skills. They are also both kind and caring and help make the Upton a wonderful place to live.
My wife Lori & I moved into The Upton in Short Hills, NJ on July 31, 2025. From the first day to the present Leticia and Erga have been kind, helpful, welcoming and made us feel at home. I give them and this building a five star review.
The Upton is an outstanding luxury building. The real differentiators are the amazing staff - Erga Hoxha, Leticia Taylor, Reggie and Valbona in particular are incredibly warm, professional and “can-do.” They make living here a real joy.
I’ve had such a great experience working with Leticia & Erga at the leasing office here at the Upton These Two are incredibly helpful, patient, and always makes time to answer my questions — whether it’s about maintenance requests, lease details, or just general building info.
