Terrible neighbors, incompetent property management, ruined life. Can you believe that such a building claiming to be a high-end luxury apartment cannot even meet the basic right to quiet of the residents? Since moving into this apartment, the noise created by the upstairs owner's running, jumping, and overturning of objects has seriously affected our life and rest every day. We love living here. The apartment is lovely and the staff is always accommodating and kind. Also the location is great. If we ever have an issue the maintenance team promptly addresses it. Overall excellent place to live!
Leticia and Erga are very pleasant and easy to work with. The entire staff is courteous and highly professional. The property managers know their property and are responsive to the tenants' needs. We are only starting our journey at The Upton but based on the reception we have received so far, we fully expect that we will have nothing but great things to say about our experience.
I have been a resident of The Upton for the last two years and counting. It was for me, love at first sight and truly finding “Home”. The complex is a stunning building with an impressive lobby and many wonderful amenities. The location borders on a picturesque golf course and lovely tree lined walking paths that connect into Short Hills. Moved 3 months back, loved the overall experience thus far. The highlight of the property over and above the luxurious amenities is the staff and property management team. They have been super affable + highly efficient lot, led well by the manager ! Highly recommended property.
