We moved into the Upton about 2 1/2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The building is immaculate with beautiful spacious apartments. The amenities are top notch. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. We felt at home right away and would highly recommend living at the Upton.
I’m writing this review to hopefully get this “person” removed from the front desk. He doesn’t have his name plate up but he was present Saturday night, May 24th and I witnessed his disgusting behavior and I’m making sure to document it and report it to hire ups if necessary. We have built a community and we do not need hostile front desk EMPLOYEES disrespecting residents that have been here for years! This is literally a “high class” projects.
Great place to live
Terrible neighbors, incompetent property management, ruined life. Can you believe that such a building claiming to be a high-end luxury apartment cannot even meet the basic right to quiet of the residents? Since moving into this apartment, the noise created by the upstairs owner's running, jumping, and overturning of objects has seriously affected our life and rest every day. We love living here. The apartment is lovely and the staff is always accommodating and kind. Also the location is great. If we ever have an issue the maintenance team promptly addresses it. Overall excellent place to live!
