Not opening on time according to their hours. At 8:42am there were 3 people ahead of me waiting outside.
Asked for a piece of tape for my box they said I had to pay to have it taped then they said I have to purchase a roll wow didn’t know UPS was in recession this bad that they couldn’t give customers a 8 inch piece of tape . Disappointed and using FedEx for now on .
The employees were very friendly and helped me lift my heavy Amazon return package.
Waiz did an amazing job help me right through shipping my stuff to Panama..Great Customer service
Very nice and helpful customer services Went right before closing on a Saturday and was helped to pack up a very large return delivery . Five star service ! Will definitely come back in the future for printing needs like invitations and banners
