Don’t know who runs this place. I came in asking if they can laminate some papers and coil bind it. Pretty simple. They asked when I needed it back. I said asap. Amity had me email the store the papers I needed. She confirmed the email and then charged me 44$ for the service. They said they’ll get started on it and they’ll call me the next day. I miss their call the same day. They left a voicemail saying they laminated it but needed to charge me 32$ more than they initially charged me because she misunderstood how many pages... read more

Was told my package would be sent the same day for overnight delivery on Friday. It didn’t leave until Monday
⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service I would strongly recommend not using this location for your UPS shipments. Please be aware that this is a franchise location, not a corporate UPS store. We paid a significant amount for next-day delivery, expecting our package to arrive on time.
