I sent my mom to drop off a package at this location, and the employee (Jay) did not provide a receipt. The item was expensive, so I went back with my mom within a few hours when tracking showed the package was never dropped off. When we asked about it, Rebecca told us the package had already left with UPS. However, when we requested a receipt or any proof of drop-off, they refused to provide one.
