I visited this UPS Store to make a return and had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. When I showed an employee my package, she told me I would have to pay $1 for them to place tape over the envelope’s existing adhesive strip. I declined, and she scoffed before telling me that whatever happened to the package in transit would not be their responsibility. I rarely write reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would. I went here for a quick stop to print one single 8.5x11 b/w page. I had the file in my thumb drive to print at their self-service printer. I walk in and the lady working behind told me she could help me print. She did not disclose any fees and when she came out with one single paper, she told me its $3.55 for them to print one single page for me. Excellent customer service. They were having some system issues but maintained excellent customer service even when it made their job(s) slightly more difficult.
I've been to this UPS location many times and they are always so efficient and friendly!
This is the only UPS store in the area that will charge you to finish taping up your box. I took my box in for an RMA and they told me that I had to buy $12.99 worth of tape to tape the box up completely. After I paid him $12.99 he told me I could have paid a two dollar service fee to have them tape up the box. I called five other UPS stores in the area, and none of them charges to finish taping up a box. This is ridiculous. Do not use this store. They are a rip off.
