UPDATE (6/10): I am responding because the "owner" replied. Two weeks ago, I emailed the address below, the corporate email, and I called multiple times. The male employee answered and said the owner is "on vacation" and unreachable. I left my contact information in the emails. NO response from any manager or owner which is disappointing and unprofessional. I am aware of how amazon codes work. Do not go here. Go to the AMAZING SCENIC HWY LOCATION! They are wonderful! I only visited this location twice and will NEVER return. The male worker (laid back & no customer service) is dishonest about policies. This location charges you and makes you buy boxes and bags for Amazon returns no matter the Amazon return code. When I asked about the policy, he lied & said it’s a UPS policy. The same male worker also threw paper at me when I asked for his name & the owner. I had many problems printing at other company locations but this locations was soo helpful. Nadeem who is the store owner was so patient and got everything i needed in just a couple minutes when had dismissed me. Come here for any graphic designing/printing these guys are professionals!
The employees were very nice. They were very efficient and they did their job perfectly.
