$3 for 2 strips of tape they put on my box and another 3 dollars to put it on. Rip off. I have been using UPS for a while but this place made think twice of using their service again
The staff was kind and we were in and out within three minutes. The store was clean and the process itself was so fast!
The worst UPS Store ever. It’s unfortunate that we can’t give zero stars.First I brought an oversized envelope to ship metered mail and they told me the cheapest option was more than 40 dollars. I took it to the postal service and paid 3.28.. Also I paid them to ship several packages to my customers and one never made it. I came to the store and spoke with the store owner who I had paid to ask for his assistance. He was dismissive and told me to call and file a claim on my own. Takes your money and doesn’t deliver the package. Same as theft. Don’t go here. Management said that an address I have shipped to more than 50 times doesn’t exist. Horrible customer service
I wish there was a no star option!! I came into the store to print three black-and-white pages — nothing special. I was charged $3.78. That broke down to $0.25 per page (which is fine), but $3 just to email the documents to the store? That’s outrageous. Email is free — it doesn’t require labor or material, and charging that much is completely unreasonable.
