I was in the UPS STORE Milford the other day and I was waited on by a lady, long black hair very very, very friendly and customer oriented. I think her name was Chastity. She was so nice, and guided me through every step of making my return. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!
I talked to Chastity yesterday (Wednesday, April 15, 2026). She was super nice and extremely helpful. I couldn't have accomplished my business if it weren't for Chastity and her patience with me. She's definitely a pro at her job with great customer service! Plus she has her added touch of humor included. I will always look for her when I go to the UPS store! You're AWESOME Chastity!
I had an international package to ship. The manager Maddie with pink hair would not ship my package without the recipients email. They are elderly and do not use email. She was standoffish and unhelpful. I went to another ups location and they were promptly able to help me, no email needed. When I called Maddie refused to pass me on to upper management to discuss my experience and just told me “that is the rules.”
Went to ship a golf club ground and they wanted 97.00. Went to Loveland store and shipped for 30.00
If Amazon sends you an item with very little packaging and you try to return to this UPS location BEWARE! I bought a small door rug that was shipped with plastic wrap right in the middle to keep it together. I’ve brought it to the UPS store the exact same way and they told me I needed the original packaging. I laughed and said this was a they then said I need to prove it with a picture of the way that Amazon was shipped it to me. Which I did not have.
