I typically use USPS, and have been avoiding the Washington avenue area because of bridge construction and detours, but this time I needed to use UPS/Fedex. This UPS store was more familiar to me, and I am so glad that I went there mostly because of the exceptional customer service given by store associates Benji & Bebe. They were kind, patient and extremely professional. I will definitely visit this store again & pass on to my friends about the excellent service I received.
The staff here are really nice and go out of their way to help you! Especially Benji! He was very kind to my mother who doesn't really know how to send packages.
Came to the store on 4/27 for a return of a very heavy package (a large area rug) and the two young men behind the counter were very sweet helping me carry the package inside from my car and very polite and helpful. Making it a pleasant experience for me. I will be using the store for all my shipping needs. Jackson and John are wonderful employees.
Friendly, polite and knowledgeable made shipping my package very easy, Thank you Jackson you are the best.
