Pre story: Unprofessional and road ragging drivers.Buddy ran me off the road then flipped me off, all cause he would not let me merge on to the highway at the end of the zipper lane. Full story: After I got in front of him after I merged onto the highway, he proceeded to pass me on the left in his transport truck. Lacking professionalism and transparency. The male worker (on March 6) needed to be corrected several times as they input details, and they shipped it via USPS without making that clear. Wasted $130 on a time sensitive international document shipment that wasn't close to meeting the estimate. If I wanted USPS, I would've went to the nearby post office, and it would've been much cheaper. Next time I'll travel out to a FedEx shipping center.
