Very good customer service. They helped me with no problems and knew what they were doing.
This place is absolutely the best place for mailing anything or returns or any questions you have about shipping. The people there are friendly and helpful + it's just the best place around for mail service
I’ve been doing Amazon returns there for a few years now and honestly it’s been pretty great so far with nice staff but the newer girl was extremely rude to me. She was short when I asked for help. She really made driving to dubois UPS seem worth it!
We had a “completely free” return of an item via UPS. Well, if they have to add a 3-inch piece of tape to the box, then that constitutes “packaging,” and they charge extra for that. Wow! Talk about nickel and diming customers. I’ll avoid UPS whenever possible!
