If you need fingerprints make sure you are there an hour before they are done. Called to make sure they would take me at 4 and that I was stuck in traffic and would be a little late. I was told to still come and if they had a line they would take me. Walked in the door and owner told me no way they would take me. I even let her know what was told to me and was still denied with one person getting fingerprints and one in line. Not the best service :(
Called to talk to the manager about what went on with the fingerprinting spoke with Jessi and was very sweet and apologetic he offered for me to come back and have done. He could not of been nicer if it was not for him I would of given up on the store
Would not provide TWO pieces of tape to close packages!! Terrible customer service. Go to FedEx Office down the road.
