Have been a few times, every time I go, the man who I suspect is the manager or owner is always rude. I try to be kind in our interaction and he ignores me. Every explanation i’ve received regarding information for my packages or shipping has been extremely passive aggressive. However, the kind young man who also works there is very nice and has not given me a negative experience. They will complete your request, for sure. But some of the customer service is extremely poor.
This is the best place ever , everything gets delivered very quick
So helpful, always prepared, wonderful services offered and provided. Mr Kapoor is great!!
Excellent customer service! Stayed extra hours just to make sure my documents (which were a lot!) got printed and mailed! Super amazing.
