I would give 0 stars if available. I not only paid 100.00 to over night an envelope to Glen Ellen from Evanston but the whole experience to get my documents notarized was a mess! The attendhelping other people! He neglected to tell me I had to sign I 4 other places. I would never go here for anything ever again. He almost destroyed the sale of my home. ant kept helping other people! He was constantly
The staff is always helpful polite positive and friendly
Worst UPS store I’ve ever used by a longshot. Waited in line 20 minutes just to drop off a package that was already labeled because the kiosk wasn’t working and the bin was full, only to be lectured by the guy that I should’ve used the kiosk. He was the only one working there and he was slow and rude. The fax machine, computer and printer were all having problems, and this UPS store seems to have set their own prices for those services higher than normal. Just go to a different UPS store, don’t even bother here.
