I will no longer be using this location. First time I was returning a tv and it was stolen, never even left the store. I know it was the worker there that helped me because when I went back he immediately knew why I had returned. Now I go back to send back some shoes and 3 weeks later, the merchant has not received the package. This location is the worst! Between items being stolen and rudeness from the black guy that works there, I will be going to another location.
Great customer service and helpful with shipping information and options.
I stop by regularly, and have not had any issues. Sergio has been super helpful.
Store was closed on a Friday when I came in at 9am even though their hours clearly state they open daily at 8:30am
I've been here for years, and I have no major complaints.
