Friendly and efficient employees. I rarely have to wait in line for returns. Also, the store is very organized and clean.
The most difficult people to work with when you have an Amazon return. They will literally find anything wrong with your package in order to get you to purchase packaging from then. Avoid at all costs or return at Kohls if possible
I’m really upset about how things are going with these package pickup places. I don’t think it’s fair to charge people five dollars just to pick up their own packages at a UPS Access Point. A lot of us choose to have our packages sent to these locations because we think it will be easier and safer, not because we want to pay extra money. In the past, I’ve never had to pay any kind of fee when picking up my own packages from other places.
