The kids working could not wrap their heads around doing a Canadian passport picture. I provided the instructions and the person working barely even glanced at them before taking the pics. The lack of effort was disappointing at best. Update - the US pics they did for us were rejected. So they failed at both US and Canadian ones. Would not recommend using them.
This is an honest review based on my experience with ups in dekalb and the driver on the fixed route 3 times this driver comes to pick up package knowing he doesn't have the printed label provided by amazon for my return the delivery driver a white male with red hair who is the regular driver tried to convince me to give him my pack ensuring me it will be scanned in later I have brought this to the Attention of staff each time but they always give some reason for him not having label and even stated that the bottom is just f... read more
