The lady that answered called my fiancée an idiot over the phone and was swearing. She claimed she "was over babysitting" for tracking a package over ups, to help a customer. Absolutely terrible customer service I will never being going to this ups or using services with this location and I will be very vocal about the horrible experience at this location with several other members of the dekalb community

UPS store is so quick and convenient. I wish I had a closer location, but I don’t mind driving for the convenience of being able to have it done quickly.

The employees there are wonderful! One girl in particular is so amazing it makes you happy if you aren't lol I wish I knew her name.

I don't normally leave reviews for places such as this. However, I had the most pleasant experience here today. I needed to drop off a package before heading to the DMV, which I was already dreading. When I entered, there were a few customers in front of me. To my surprise, the worker helping the line of customers had a big smile on her face! I've gone to this location several times to drop off or ship packages. It's always a pleasure to deal with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to get a passport photo taken and all three of the staff members were cheerful and very helpful. The whole process was easy, and I was out of there in no time! Don't listen to the haters like Jamila Brown. I don't know why people need to be hateful when leaving a review. It's gross and uncalled for. So, go to this location, you won't be disappointed!
