I've gone to this location several times to drop off or ship packages. It's always a pleasure to deal with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to get a passport photo taken and all three of the staff members were cheerful and very helpful. The whole process was easy, and I was out of there in no time! Don't listen to the haters like Jamila Brown. I don't know why people need to be hateful when leaving a review. It's gross and uncalled for. So, go to this location, you won't be disappointed!
Be very cautions dropping off your packages at this location my package came up missing. All of a sudden when I got the police involved my package just randomly pops up no apology from the store manager Katana or anything. Trust me one of her worker tried to steal my iPhone16(the transgender is the one who took my box he didn't file it in rt away or tape the box up in my face next time I'll be more careful.
Very bad service. I shipped 55 inch TV to my friend on another state; 10 days, I got a call from them asking me to come and pick my TV as they said the went to my friends place but no one answer them. I went back to them and picked up my return TV and when I reached home,I found out the TV screen is broken and they didn't return Mt 150$ shipping cost...
Surprised to see the negative reviews here. I have never had any issues with customer service or dropping off packages. 4 stars.
