Just came into this store for the first time as I usually go to the Wilmette location. I had a heavy vacuum to send back. No other customer was there except me. There was a guy named Chris just sitting, staring at his phone. I said hello to him first and then he finally got up. He was unfriendly from the getgo. He told me that it wa $3 for a print, I exclaimed wow that's a bit, no wonder no one is here.
