To whom it may concern: This customer did send his assistant in to our store and she did ship 40 tubes for $5000. I agree with that part of the complaint. However, she his assistant was told the price and had to sign off on each individual shipment. They shipped tubes which are considered and irregular items in our line of business, which means they have a surcharge on them as they are harder to handle because they are irregular. I found the owner of the store to be very rude confrontational and unprofessional towards customers on the phone I called recently to ask for assistance on clarification of a cell phone that had to be shipped out with a label already included in the end I was able to get the issue resolved but my point of this message is the owner handle the situation very unprofessional was not apologetic and actually hung up the phone on me.

Store 7170 is actually the store I had an issue with but that store is not listed. I had my luggage shipped to me in NO and was given the wrong address to the place I was staying. Once I noticed, I called UPS & had the address corrected for a fee. At no time did they mention that changing the address (a few blocks down the road, same street) would change the delivery date. This was on a Fri, so I called once i realized it had not been delivered and they told me that it had been taken back to the warehouse. My new delivery da... read more

The store charged my wife $0.59 (after a discount) per “page” for a color copy. However, the pages were front & back. So, we were actually charged $1.18 per sheet of paper (on 20lb paper no less!). The binding was the cheap plastic binding with no protective cover for $9.99! When I spoke to the manager/owner over the phone, she was extremely rude and just continued to repeat herself, instead of trying to work with me. We did give the price of each individual item before we printed the document ($0.69 per color copy, $9.99 per book bind). Our color copies are $0.69 per copy, so a double-sided page is considered 2 copies. The document you provided to us was 120 pages, and you requested 2 copies of the document, which is why your receipt says you have 240 copies. Flew out of state for a family members funeral and the family member left us a table that was a family heirloom. Since this couldn't be taken back on the plane I paid UPS $400 to ship the 20 lb family heirloom back home. Come to find out later UPS overcharged me almost $300 to ship it. To make things even worse when it arrived the table was decimated, the box was shredded, and the UPS driver just said casually, like he didn't see the damage, "sorry for how the box looks." Chronic HORRIBLE customer service at the *** on ******* Road. Nate and fellow staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, combative and argumentative. Please do NOT visit this location, find a branch with quality staff and owner as each store has a different franchise owner.

*** is such a fraudulent shipper, looted one of my package which contains more than $500 worth of household items. I shipped 4 packages while relocating to a different location. One of the package was lost on the way and no one in *** could track it. Their website and customer care service is full of garbage, can't get any help out of it. Lastly, they paid $100 for the lost package, though I paid $50 for shipping itself and $500 worth of items in it.
