Since the store is showcased with ‘we do printing’ signs, I went there for a consultation with an appointment made ahead of time. Showed up and was told that they do not do printing and they were not aware of my appointment. She was kind, and was trying to help but she did not know what to do so she told me to leave and go to a different location. Employees need more training, I feel like this situation could have been prevented. No option was offered to place an order at the store.
tried to charge me 25$ to put my item in a different box, even though the the box i put it in is has perfect dimensions. far better off going to the one in yorkville than wasting your time here.
