Every time I have been to this store, the staff is so nice. I had an issue today and it was handled so professionally. This is the only UPS store that I will go to for shipping and returns.
Not good I wait over 25 mins
Maybe the manager can properly assist clients that come in and give them the proper options, here is the policy you said doesn't exist and was told I needed to go to the distribution center. This location is consistently a source of professionalism and kind helpful workers. When I was there last time, a young gentleman with glasses was extremely helpful. Today, a pregnant worker was kind, professional and expedient. Keep up the great work.
