Amazing staff, both helpful and courteous!
I have used this store a number of times over the years and they are always super nice and helpful, but this past experience was the best. My brother sent my son a birthday present and it never arrived. He, of course, lost the tracking number, so I went into the store hoping for a miracle. The young woman was happy to try to look up my name, address, and phone number, but she found nothing. She gave me some advice about how my brother might be able to locate it on his end.
