This store is an absolute ripoff. I had 3 boxes of shoes that were to be returned to Zappos.com, with the prepaid return being free. I packed the 3 pairs of shoes in the original 2 Zappos shipping boxes (one pair of shoes and one box and the other two pairs in a larger box). When the store employee scanned the QR code to print the prepaid label, he said it wasn’t going to work since there was only one label and there were two boxes. Employees are always very nice but RJ went above and beyond irregular employee, I mistakenly brought a package that was supposed to be brought to FedEx. Not only did RJ print my label he put it in a plastic label container to go to FedEx taped up my bag, no questions asked. Terrific young man. UPS is lucky to have him.
