They tried to charge me for a small package about aprox. 3x7x8 for almost $10.00, so I went to another UPS store and charged only 2.95. Also, he was rude.
The UPS Store in Park Ridge has restored my faith in service. I go there regularly and am always impressed by the staff and service; but yesterday took things to a new level. An overnight package containing very sensitive information that had to be received yesterday was delivered to the wrong location halfway across the country. Quick and friendly service.
I can’t understand why some companies fail to provide good customer service. I strongly believe that it’s one of the most important factors for business success. At this location, I visited the store to print some documents but unfortunately encountered an unprofessional and rude staff member. The girl that works here is mean and short with you. She has no patience and she makes you feel like you’re a pain in the butt. She should get another job. She seems miserable.
