I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS drop-off store. The store itself was extremely messy and disorganized, packages and items were all over the floor, making it difficult to even walk properly. The overall environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. What upset me the most was how I was treated. The owner was polite and friendly with the customer before me, but as soon as it was my turn, her attitude completely changed. The clerk with the mullet needs to tone down his nasty attitude. Never going there again.
Really nice and quick store, there only one they have only one worker at the shift they need more to handle that much people but still quick, the guy who was there on Friday was helpful and nice
Any Parr is soooooo amazing her energy is unmatched !!! Went in super nervous not knowing how to get some things done and she came and helped meee with such an amazing wayyyy I can’t express how awesome a person like this is in any field thank you for all you dooooo Amy !!!
