The terrible reviews truly reflect the core of this place. The owner Amy is certifiable. Needs a few weeks on the 5th floor at Lutheran general. Maybe she would be able to keep a staff if she didn’t talk to her employees like they are trash and the way she speaks to customers in general. I hate to see a small business fail but if you hate yourself and what you do so bad maybe it’s time to sell.
Called to make postcards manager was rude and kept saying yeah not sure if it's possible
Management very rude, will drive the extra couple miles to the UPS store in DesPlaines.
What rubbish the attention of the people of this place, never come here and I will never come back here, they should hire people who really want to work.
Parking is horrible especially at 9am when they open. Only 1 person in store, and she answers the phone and lets people in line wait 20min instead of helping people in the store. 6 people in line should have precedence over phone calls, especially when she already said the same over and over about a package tracking.
