What an absolute joke. Tried to return a box for Amazon return. It needed one small piece of packing tape to completely seal the box and they refused to take it unless I paid them $2.00. I will never go back to that store again.
They did not help me with notary services and directed me to the UPS store on 95th Street, even though it was clearly written on their sign that they provide notary services and handle incoming and outgoing courier labels. The staff were very racist.
Awesome customer service
Horrible customer service!!!! They should hire Manager who would check what employees are doing… instead of helping customers they are walking around and talking. Not helping with amazon returns. Please don’t go there. Employees are so unprofessional!!!
Walked in to send a package back, and staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Very quick service. Outstanding!!
