I had a lady get loud with me after I asked when did they change the policy for needing to tape Amazon returns when you bring in your own label.. will be going to the UPS store on Ogden. Unprofessional and rude can’t even ask a question.
Refused to ship to Mexico. First they said it was their store policy that they don’t ship anything except for letters to Mexico then stated I needed a tax id in order to ship a box to Mexico but couldn’t explain what a tax id was. 🤔 Seemed like the employees weren’t trained and/or wanted to go home since I came in 10 minutes prior to close. Won’t be back to this location.
Printer doesn’t work didn’t give refund. Terrible customer service
