The owner went above and beyond!
Karen needs to work on her attitude in this location. Was nice waiting for my turn and she was giving some attitude. Maybe it was Monday end of day but very unpleasant how she was replying.
Would leave zero stars if possible. They will NOT tape your Amazon bag shut and force you to buy tape. Yes, you heard that right. A SHIPPING company will NOT tape your package for your COMPLIMENTARY return via Amazon. WTH is wrong with ppl. Don’t partner with Amazon if you can’t complete the simple task of taping up a package with a pre printer return label. Whole Foods does this, why can’t you? Absolutely ridiculous.
