I have been going to this UPS for years, but will no longer return. Staff, Kathy in particular, is rude, not friendly, and unhelpful. I’d rather drive a little further than have to contend with a poor experience.

Pathetic service. I had a return label with box, but this store person won’t accept it. Forcing me to buy a new box. Pathetic service.
