I had a wonderful experience with the UPS store 1212 S Naper Blvd Suite Naperville IL 60540. The staff there are extremely helpful and responsive. I would especially like to thank Lucy Mackey in particular. She went out of her way to regularly keep me updated about my return packet and personally picked up my return courier from my home when I was away and held it for a week. Beware! There will charge you an outrageous rate if you don’t have a box for your Amazon return! If the product is in a manufacturer box they still make you buy one of theirs.
