i’ve had to come here a few times to drop off online return orders, including some from amazon. the front desk people are very helpful. one woman helped me last time and she walked me through how to get amazon on the phone promptly so that i could get more return labels (they hadn’t sent me enough) and then she helped me quickly print those labels in the store. parking out front is somewhat difficult due to limited street parking and busy street but i’ve been lucky every time i’ve come.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to the UPS store staff and its owner. They have been instrumental in helping me grow my business by ensuring that my packages are handled efficiently over the years. They’re not only dedicated and outstanding in their service but also just very nice people to work with. Highly recommend them!
