If I could leave TEN stars I would. Chris and Emma are the most amazing owners of any business I've ever had the please of doing working with. They are both extremely personal, honest, and knowledgeable. This store is always impeccably clean. The mailbox system (what brought me to them) is outstanding ! I visit the store often and have always had a pleasant experience! This last time I visited, I was helped by Chris, and in result of my disorganization I brought in eight returns all in incorrect bags. Chris was extremely helpful and polite and helped me organize my entire return, while also giving the same politeness to other customers who walked in! Thank you, Chris!
I recently discovered this UPS Store tucked away between McDonald's and Fuller's Car Wash, behind the Amoco gas station in Geneva—and I'm so glad I did! It's truly a hidden gem. The owner and his employee are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to help. I often send packages across the country and never worry about them getting there, thanks to the expert knowledge and skill of Chris and his staff. On my last visit, I needed a fragile and oddly-shaped item packed and Chris and Chase went out of their way to make sure I was charged the minimum amount for maximum service. They are pros and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my shipping needs!
