I give five stars to Chase!! He dealt with a difficult situation right before helping me with my printing needs. He maintained a calm, professional and friendly demeaner the whole time!
Very disappointed! I had a book bound by the owner that came out perfect. I went back to get more books bound because they had done a good job. Had the assistant help me. He didn't know how to use the machine so the books came out with several sections uneven and misaligned. Went back to get them redone by the owner. The owner tried to rework the books and messed them up again. Then I was left with his comment of "I guess that'll have to work". Not what I expected after having prior good service.
These guys can pack anything. If you have some oversized box or weird Amazon return, come here, seriously. It was kinda hard finding this place. This UPS store is behind that Amoco station. Between the Mickey D's and Fuller's. If you're headed east on State (Route 38), you turn right at Fuller's and then make a left. If you're headed west, you have to turn left at the light onto Glengarry at the McDonald's and wind through the parking lot to get here. You'll be in and out quick.
