The worst UPS Store EVER,they should call UPS,should call BS. I already have labels and packages for returning,they want to change me five dollars for tape to seal the package，5 dollars?for seal?It’s ridiculous, they are out of your mind over money. UPS store running by each individual personal business owner,but shouldn’t have different standards each location,Don’t come here,guys. Worst UPS Store experience ever. This felt like pure money grabbing. I would not recommend this location.
Rude customer service
Please be aware of this store's behavior. My experience with the cashier was less than satisfactory. The cashier requested my ID to ship my package. Not sure if she used my information to ship someone's else questionable package. Folks watch your back when visiting this store.
