No stars if possible , horrible service & the manager Jordan or Ginger whatever her name cause she lied about that too has zero experience in handling any type of situation & a disgusting attitude Clearly not the right place for her to be working with that kind of attitude. I asked over a package and she stated "do you want me to pull it out my ass" This location needs a new staff😂 . & they're real quick to charge anything extra . Ms.manager needs to find a job thats suits more her low level of handling stuff .
Each time I enter UPS you are always greeted with warmth. The customer service is AMAZING. I’ve never been dissatisfied at UPS. Store #3414 is one of the BEST UPS Location.
Every body in this store is friendly and welcoming, and sadly, now a days that's been lost. Thank you Hiren & Ginger for making a difference on a UPS Store, I was NOT just another drop off customer to you 😊‼️
