I went in to ship some printing I had done recently. The new management not only helped me ship it and get it there in time but they also gave me a quote for the same printing that saved me hundreds of dollars. Really pleased with the service and of course, the savings. Would recommend.

I was in The UPS store #3857 today(tree summit village on 3870 Peachtree Industrial pkwy, duluth, GA needing to ship a care package to my daughter in college. When I first walked in there was a young gentleman at the counter so I let him know that I needed a box about the same size as the box if the customer next to me. The gentleman came back and asked what a was shipping, so I let him know. I came to this business to mail a large expensive order of bluetooths that totaled over $10,000. When I walked in the store at the time I learned that the store computers were down but during that time one of the staff there had started packing my items and preparing it for shipment. After everything was packed she was still on the phone trying to resolve the issue.
