Went for a monthly facial that was amazing as always!! Katherine always does a great job as suggestions always help.
I booked an appointment for my friend and I to have massages (she also had a facial) to celebrate her birthday. We both enjoyed our experiences. The massage therapist was very thorough and addressed my problem areas. I felt really relaxed and they all were very, very nice.
I cannot imagine how my visit could have been better. Both Rebekah and Katherine have managed to make me doze during recent massages, which is a state I've only reached once previously in my lifetime of countless visits to other spas!
My overall experience with The Upper Hand Day Spa was beautiful. Rebakah Hatcher worked wonders on my during my ear candling session. She was attentive, funny, and informative. I love every minute of my experience here and will definitely come here again. Exemplary customer service is what this spa can offer you. -
I had my very first hot stone massage performed by Chasity. Definitely one of the best massages I've had in a long time and I plan to come back again. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and cozy. I will be talking up The Upper Hand to all of my friends!
The Upper Hand is a great experience. Just being in the facility is relaxing. The owner Phyllis is awesome and her staff is great too. I went to get a gel fill-in and my experience is good all the time. I will definitely refer friends and family to the Upper Hand.
I'm continually amazed by the passion and energy that Katherine puts into her craft. Each massage seems better than the last, and they all leave me feeling recharged and relaxed.
I recently had a Swedish massage and foot detox. I felt wonderful after having both. The staff were very nice and helpful.
My recent visit was incredible! I had a 60 minute massage from Rebekah and she worked out my tension spots and left me feeling so relaxed. I also made another appt for 2/17 for a 90 minute session. All the staff there make you comfortable and welcome. I recommend it to many friends.
