I loved, loved, loved this experience! The massage was relaxing, the parrafin wax was silky, and the facial was exquisite! Catherine worked her magic on my knots!!! Loved the entire experience!
Lisa did my pedicure - she is excellent. Very careful in painting and filing. Rebekkah did my yoga massage - she is also excellent. Very careful with my knee and stretched me well!
the upper hand day spa is great, I always feel a lot better when I leave, than I did when I arrived. they are always very willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. the staff is great they will always change any appointment to meet your needs and are always on time. the staff is also very friendly and make you feel very important. I will always highly recommend the upper hand day spa to everyone.
My most recent visit was wonderful. When you come into the facility you feel a sense of piece. Everything is so relaxing. The service is very nice and with a smile.Gentle touch soft voices. I thoroughly enjoy my pedicure. It was relaxing and my toes are beautiful again!! The staff is very friendly and I was waited on immediately.
No waiting to begin. Fell asleep several times during massage. Very good massage! She had water for me afterward. Atmosphere is very nice and calming.
I had an amazing experience at The Upper Hand! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant starting with when I called to book all the way until the end when I left. The massage was wonderful and I would definitely go back!
I look forward to my massage time more than any other thing I do for myself which this is really all I do. I feel at home everytime I come in the door the owner Phylis is awesome and cat is very hospitable but Chasity has actually become a good friend. I love my time at UH
It's was a great experience although I've only been once I have a busy schedule but will try my best to come back and visit soon.
