Everything about working with Upper Crust for our wedding was amazing. Paul was incredibly timely with his communication both by phone and email. He made sure that they would have enough time to set-up given the large guest count of almost 200, and the place looked fabulous the moment guests walked in. (When I had a chair issue at my off-site ceremony venue, he also offered to help with that!) We had the best experience with Upper Crust Catering for our wedding. We worked closely with Paul Allen, who was beyond helpful and quick to communicate. He created a customized menu to our preferences and met with our venue coordinator and went through everything very thoroughly with us. The food was very good and many guests commented on it too. The staff that worked the day of the wedding were all so kind and efficient. Highly recommend!
Jim has created an amazing catering company! The service was phenomenal, they arrived early and went right to work. The food was fantastic, our guested raved for days about the reception buffet- I would love more of the Argentine Flank steak! My daughter and her new husband were very excited about the open face BLT appetizers and someone from The Upper Crust made sure a plate of appetizers were at their head table when they completed pictures!
