Dr. Allen himself has completed great work, unfortunately he hired someone who doesn't prioritize patients as much as he does. The first time I had my teeth cleaned the Hispanic female was very aggressive and treated my gums like they can grow back. FYI, the human gum-line doesn't grow back and is key for dental health. I wrote this in an in-business review and I expected this issue to be resolved. A year later, the same lady cleaned my teeth and used a drill to do it. In the end I lost a mm or two of my gum-line. The team is amazing and honest! Laid back quality care! I was overcharged and they caught it and followed up with a refund! I was pleased my insurance ended up covering more! It's hard to come by these standards these days!

What an amazing team! Dr. Woodson is an outstanding dental professional. He welcomed me into his office with open arms after having broken my tooth. Turns out I had a major infection and needed an emergency root canal! Not only did Dr. Woodson’s receptionist, Kelly, get me right in for an appointment, she took the time to quote me some much needed information about my insurance coverage.
