Another company fixed my opener, and afterwards tried to upsell me on some unnecessary repairs. I called Up and Up for a second opinion and he gave me an honest assessment. He clearly explained why our system was fine and that the previous technician had greatly exaggerated his claims. Up and Up replaced our garage door rollers for a fair and reasonable price. I’m really glad we called them in for a second opinion.

I had an amazing experience with Up and Up Garage Door Repair here in Austin, TX! My garage door was stuck halfway open and wouldn’t budge. I called a few places, but Up and Up was the only one that could come out the same day. Their technician showed up right on time, was super professional, and had the problem fixed quickly turned out to be a broken spring.

Up & Up is very easy to work with. I needed a new garage, and the Up & Up crew got me on the calendar right away. After a few days, a new garage door and garage system was installed. I called several places to get a quote, and Up & Up offered the best pricing, flexibility in scheduling, and were very prompt with getting back to me.
