Neil was polite. The issue for me was the pricing. His initial quote of $9,500 for a new installation was significantly higher than other offers I received (under $5,000). Even after he reduced it to $8,000, it still wasn’t competitive enough for me, so I went with another company. I found two other reputable companies that will install a new garage for less than $5,000.

Great company! We have called Up & Up Garage Doors twice in the last month due to garage door issues and my own stupid attempts to fix it. Neil got us squared away in no time. When our next problem arose (again, entirely my fault), Neil again arrived the following day and resolved all issues. Can’t say enough great things about this company.!

Neil, did a fantastic job tuning up a high end garage door install. The door had been sluggish to open and close since we bought the house new. He fixed rollers (they were undersized and had already cracked and broken) and added extra tension to the spring to help with the opening and closing, finally he adjusted the door so it did not have as big of a gap side to side.
