Omg where do I start… My experience at this headspa was beyond amazing. From the moment I walked in, the snacks, the refreshments, the drinks, the water… so much to chose from. Very calm and welcoming. Let’s talk about the headspa, the scalp treatment, the neck shoulder, arm and hand massage! BABYYYYYYYY IT WAS ALLLLLL AMAZING! I was snoring in a matter of seconds. It is highly unlikely for me to take the time to post a review, but Chanell absolutely deserves this 5 star review! I had the best experience at her spa, she was extremely professional, kind, and soft. Having a facial whilst my hair is deep conditioning and I’m getting a shoulder, neck, and arm massage? LUXURY! She will definitely be my go to for natural hair care. Thank you for such a great experience!!
I’ve been going to Chanell since August, and my experiences are always amazing. She specializes in healthy natural hair. I had some perimeter breakage when we started and she’s gotten me back together. A true relaxing, spa like experience. Worth every penny.
I had an amazing experience at The Untangled Experience! I received the classic head spa treatment, a trim, and a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire experience was so relaxing from start to finish. The environment in her suite was calm and inviting, and the snacks were a thoughtful touch.
