I took my mom here for a consultation and she said the doctor explained everything to her in words that she could understand and she felt very comfortable.
It was awesome
Wildly incompetent urgent care facility with awful service. First time I visited they misdiagnosed my frozen shoulder. Second time they forgot I was in an exam room for 3 hours and locked the doors. They kept me waiting for a simple blood test for Lyme disease, which they didn't even need to do to prescribe me an antibiotic. This facility is why America has the most expensive health care in the world. Avoid at all costs.
a male nurse reprimanded my autistic 3YO for lightly hitting my leg & said "no hitting! do you want me to call the cops on you?!" it was beyond inappropriate of that nurse and traumatic for my child. the doctor who was evaluating me forgot to check my ears, and i returned two days later for a follow up and they found an ear infection. the people at the front desk were incredibly rude to me as well and kept telling me to speak up when i have strep throat and no voice to speak up with.
