To be honest I am afraid to go there because the people that treated me horribly may be there. Allow me to explain. Feb. 2010, bitter cold. I went there with severe eye injuries, and Dr. Sylvia Varga refused to treat the eyes and asked me if I was hearing voices because of what Scott Alan, pyschiatrist told her to cover up malpractice and what others said at Howard in records. it would have been nice if they told me they are out of my network before giving me $2k worth of bills for an emergency.
I took my mom here for a consultation and she said the doctor explained everything to her in words that she could understand and she felt very comfortable.
It was awesome
Wildly incompetent urgent care facility with awful service. First time I visited they misdiagnosed my frozen shoulder. Second time they forgot I was in an exam room for 3 hours and locked the doors. They kept me waiting for a simple blood test for Lyme disease, which they didn't even need to do to prescribe me an antibiotic. This facility is why America has the most expensive health care in the world. Avoid at all costs.
