Very rude staff.
I was literally in pain and they canceled my appointment. Then I showed up and they told me I had to pay 55 dollars before being seen because I'm online. I had my card ready to pay and they didnt accept card payment. Then she told me to Google it myself to pay, providing no link. I ended up leaving to go to a real doctor. Absolutely ridiculous treatment. Do better UTA Health Services.
Most of the staff were nice , but doctor india in the womans center was honestly rude & i didnt like the way she was speaking to me when i was asking her about my health , she expressed sarcasm & didn’t make me feel comfortable.
customer service staff who pick up phone calls for appointments are rude
