customer service staff who pick up phone calls for appointments are rude
Very strange receptionist. I arrived 10 minutes early (8:50am, my appointment was at 9am) as instructed and waited while the receptionist was laughing/talking (basically flirting) about random things with a patient, I didn’t think anything of it, but by the time it was 1 minute before my appointment, I got up and politely said when I was scheduled to be there to then be told to sit down and stop interrupting.
