I've been here multiple times for COVID tests and pretty much every visit has been pleasant. The staff I've encountered have all been very personable and I felt very comfortable and cared for.
I had an excellent experience at the UTA health center. The nurse and doctor were so kind and helpful. I have student health insurance so it was all free. UT Arlington health clinics failed to make a diagnosis of a neurodevelopmental disorder between 2008 and 2011 that is a congenital brain disorder when I presented to the UTA Clinic with head pain numerous times. I was then denied access to neuropsychological assessments via telemedicine in 2022 after a brain herniation was found on an MRI of the same congenital disorder which UTA failed to identify in the first place.
