Been waiting here for 15 min , and the students working just been ignoring me cuz they are talking with their friends, 5 people in here, no one would pay attention nor ask me what I was hear for and needed help with. Then after a while of waiting, they didn’t tell me weather I would get my card or what my next step was. No one paying attention, all just talking and laughing with friends. Horrible student experience
